Remove one enrolled identity

Open the Face tab and use Unlock session if needed. Choose the identity's trash control, then confirm Delete. This updates the local enrollment record; it does not remove the Mac password or account sign-in.

Turning the identity's switch off only stops matching against it. The samples remain stored. If saving reports an error, reopen the page before assuming the deletion persisted.

Remove the saved password and enrollment together

In the unlocked Password tab, use the hold-to-confirm Remove control under Remove password. The intended sequence removes the face file, deletes the encrypted password and encryption key from Keychain, then locks the local session.

The preview does not reliably surface every face-file removal error. Its confirmation is not proof of complete erasure. The account sign-in is separate; this action does not delete it or cancel a subscription.

Sign out of this Mac separately

Account → Sign out immediately revokes the app's current unlock permission and locks its local vault. It then removes this app's saved account session and pending sign-in-link data from Keychain, reporting a storage error if that fails.

Enrollment and the saved Mac password remain. The browser's session is separate, and native sign-out does not delete the online account or perform a billing cancellation.

Removing the app is not the same as removing its data

Before clearing local credentials, turn off Enable Face Unlock and Launch at login in General. Then perform your chosen removal actions, sign out and quit before removing the application. Removing the app bundle alone leaves separately stored Keychain items, preferences and Application Support data outside it.

The storage guide identifies the enrollment location. Avoid guessing which unrelated Keychain or application files to delete.

Handle billing and other copies independently

When subscriptions become available, use the account billing controls to cancel and check the stated end date. Uninstalling, deleting faces or signing out does not send a cancellation request. See pricing and trial details.

These local actions do not claim to erase backups or copies made outside Lunlo, and the preview has no complete account-deletion workflow. For a routine password update, use Change instead of Remove.
